Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please get in touch via our Connect page within 14 days. We’ll do our best to put things right quickly.

As a not-for-profit organisation, any approved refunds will be issued minus a fixed donation of £5, and please note that postage is non-refundable.
