Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Orders are sent via Evri Standard within the UK.

We do not offer express delivery at this time.

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 7 working days.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we use reliable but cost-conscious delivery methods to keep prices accessible. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please get in touch via our Connect page and we’ll look into it promptly.
